Return Eligibility
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Return is not applicable on sale, discounted, or customized items
Refund Process
Once returned product passes inspection, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
